diy ombre utensil magnets

I was so excited (it’s the little things in life) because I found these cute ombre utensil clothes pins at Michael’s for $1.50 each. They were located in the seasonal “Spring” section in an array of colors. We have some red accents inadvertently going on in our kitchen so I purchased 2 red sets (and used my 20% off coupon for the win!).

This is the the easiest DIY I’ve done so far so hold your hats!

What you’ll need:

  1. Magnets – I used something similar to this roll of magnets HERE.
  2. Hot glue gun
  3. Scissors
  4. Utensil clothes pins from Michael’s Arts & Crafts

What to do:
Now to make the clothes pins, I just cut the magnets to size and used the hot glue gun to adhere them to the clothes pins! It’s that easy!

They are now looking cute on our magnet board (DIY on that coming soon!) in the kitchen. My favorite part about these is that they hold all types of things: lists, paperwork, etc… Love it!
